How fast can you reach me for car recovery?
Our trucks are stationed across the city, so most customers inside Dubai are reached in about 30 minutes. Highway and desert locations can take a little longer. When you call we tell you a realistic arrival time straight away — we would rather be honest than leave you guessing on the hard shoulder.
How much does it cost to tow my car in the UAE?
Standard car towing starts from AED 150 within the city, and the final price depends on distance, vehicle type and whether specialist equipment such as a flatbed, winch or basement rig is needed. You always get a clear, all-inclusive quote before we dispatch. No hidden charges, no inflated midnight or weekend rates.
Are you available 24 hours, including weekends and holidays?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including Fridays, Eid and National Day. A real person answers the phone and a real truck is dispatched, at 3am as readily as at 3pm.
My car broke down on Sheikh Zayed Road — what should I do?
Switch on your hazard lights, move to the hard shoulder if the car is still rolling, and get everyone out and behind the barrier — never stand between the car and moving traffic. Place your warning triangle well back if it is safe to do so, then call us. We will confirm your exact location and the nearest truck is on its way immediately.
I am stuck in soft sand in the desert — can you pull me out?
Yes. Our desert recovery crews carry rated winches, kinetic ropes and traction boards, and they know the correct factory recovery points on modern 4x4s so nothing gets bent or torn off. Share your live location on WhatsApp and the crew navigates straight to you, then escorts you back to tarmac once you are free.
Can you get my car out of a tower basement or underground car park?
Yes. Tight helical ramps and low ceilings stop standard recovery trucks, so we use compact rigs, go-jacks and wheel skates that slide under locked wheels. We regularly recover vehicles from the deepest B4 and B5 levels in Marina, JLT, Business Bay and Downtown towers.
Can you tow an electric car or a low sports car without damaging it?
Yes, and both must go on a flatbed with all four wheels off the road. For low cars we use extended low-angle ramps and approach blocks so splitters and sills never touch, and wheel nets instead of straps over bodywork. EVs and hybrids are never towed on their driven wheels.
My battery is dead — can you jump-start it where I am parked?
Yes. We come to your villa, office car park, mall basement or the roadside and jump-start with a professional lithium jump pack that is safe for your ECU. If the battery has finally given up, we carry correctly rated replacements for most vehicles and fit them on the spot.
I locked my keys inside the car — can you open it without breaking the window?
Yes. We use professional air wedges and long-reach lockout tools, so there is no broken glass, no scratched door frame and no drilled lock. If a child or pet is locked inside, say so when you call — that goes straight to the front of the dispatch queue.
Do you work with insurance companies after an accident?
Yes. We follow standard UAE police and insurance procedure, wait with you for the police report where needed, and deliver your vehicle to your insurance-approved workshop. Keep the police report and our receipt together for your claim.
Do you recover motorcycles, vans and heavy vehicles too?
We recover almost everything — sedans, SUVs, 4x4s, EVs, supercars, motorcycles, scooters, vans, minibuses, box trucks, trailers and light plant equipment. Bikes travel on cushioned beds with a front wheel chock and soft straps, never a hook and chain.
